What are the most important expenses for a transportation truck?

1. Fuel cost 

Assuming that it is a 6-axle semi-trailer, based on an average of 35 liters of diesel per 100 kilometers, the recent diesel price is 5 yuan per liter, then the fuel cost of driving 100 kilometers is 175 (35*5) yuan.
 
If you drive 100,000 kilometers a year, the fuel cost is 175,000 yuan; some truck drivers can drive 200,000 kilometers a year, and the fuel cost is 350,000 yuan.
 
Only the fuel will cost 200,000 to 300,000 yuan a year. Are you afraid of that?
 
2. Tolls
 
From January 1, 2020, the national expressway charging method in China has changed from weight-based tolling to axle-based tolling. For the truck with low loading rates or no load, the fees may increase.
 
For a 6-axle truck, if the toll fee is an average of 2 yuan a truck per kilometer, and 100,000 kilometers is 200,000 yuan. Assuming that 70% of the roads a year are all highways, then the toll is 140,000 yuan.
 
If the annual mileage is 200,000 kilometers, then the annual highway toll is about 280,000 yuan. If you take into account special road conditions such as bridges, tunnels, mountainous areas, etc., this number may be even higher.
 
3. Maintenance fee
 
Even if the truck is maintained for 100,000 kilometers and the fuel is changed, along with other expenses, and every 100,000 kilometers spends 10,000 yuan, then the annual maintenance cost is 10,000 yuan, and 200,000 kilometers is 20,000 yuan.
 
4. Insurance
 
Insurance premiums are different. The lowest is 10,000 a year. There are also many truck drivers who pay 30,000 a year. Let's make a compromise --20,000 yuan a year.
 
5. Tire fee
 
A 6-axle semi-trailer has a total of 22 tires for the main tractor truck and the trailer. We assume that a tire is 1,500 yuan, and the full set is 33,000 yuan. Assuming that a set of new tires can drive 300,000-400,000 kilometers, 200,000 kilometers a year, and the tire cost is converted to 20,000. If it is 100,000 kilometers, it is considered to be 10,000.
 
 
6. Urea fee
 
According to the industry average, about 10 liters of diesel consumes 1 liter of urea, and the urea on the market costs 3 yuan per liter on average.
 
If a truck drives 200,000 kilometers a year and consumes 35 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers, then the annual consumption of diesel is 70,000 liters of diesel, and the annual urea cost is 21,000 yuan.
 
If you drive 100,000 kilometers a year, the urea fee will be about 10,000 yuan a year.
 
 
7. Depreciation expense
 
Although the national policy stipulates that the service life of trucks can be up to 15 years, in order to ensure operational efficiency, most people buy trucks and replace them every three to five years.
 
On average, the annual depreciation expense can be counted as 50,000.
 
 
8. Other miscellaneous expenses
 
In addition to the above main expenses, there are many other miscellaneous expenses in the process of truck transportation, such as docking fees, parking fees, loading and unloading fees, information department intermediary fees, violation fines, drivers eating and drinking, etc. Due to the different conditions and flexibility of each truck, we do not count for the time being.
